He gradually acquired through contact and co-operation with customers over their precise needs, respecting luminance in signs, displays and instrumentation dials, an appreciable knowledge of the design parameters, criteria and technology for a wide range of self-luminous products, a range which is always being expanded and extended to different industries and countries.

In 2003 David was appointed to the post of Production Manager with a remit to consolidate his department's achievements, manage the increasing volumes of production and to cater for that expansion into world markets which we are experiencing through his drive and enthusiasm.
